"Richard and his team took our 1926 bathroom down to the studs and built it out for us again. They did amazing work. They were professional, punctual and very easy to work with. From the first meeting and estimate, to the final finish work - everything went very smoothly. Richard is communicative and helpful with suggestions as well as finding good prices on the fixtures/tiles we liked. It was our first remodel, and we went into the process with a bit of trepidation, but working with Richard and his team smoothed our worries almost instantly. We did not have the biggest budget, and Richard was great with presenting options that would work within our budget and was flexible in working with us to find great prices. He has actually returned money for materials when he didn't use it all. Cleans up everything afterward including steam cleaning the carpet in the areas of work. "First of all, it was a pleasure working with Rich as he was very courteous, personable and professional. He gave an accurate estimate and there were very few extras needed to complete the job. We purchased the tiling ourselves while Rich did the tile and floor removal and the new installation. Rich is not one to cut corners and his workmanship is top notch. "I was hesitant to get replacement of siding because i feared color mismatch would be more disturbing than the damage to the siding. Stacy and Rich did a great job at finding a close match and using the newer siding in less conspicuous areas while transferring older siding to replace damaged ones(that were located in highly visible areas). They came to house several times and provided an estimate via email. I would recommend them highly-they work hard to please the customer. The last time I had siding repaired, the company never even showed me the color they used and it is not a great match---so this was a better experience, by far."
